Not sure which plan fits? Let’s talk it through.
Commit for a year, pay a lower monthly rate.
You do not have to decide on day one. Start month to month, see how we deliver, and move to a 12-month agreement whenever you are ready. The reduced rate applies from the day the term starts.
- Reduced monthly rate for the full 12-month term
- Start any time, including partway through an active engagement
- Same scope, same SLA, same ability to change tiers
- Applies to Essentials, Operations Team and Growth Partner — Strategic Partner is annual by default
Fixed-fee project work.
Implementation engagements are scoped first, then quoted as a fixed fee against a defined set of deliverables. You approve the number before any work starts.
A single cloud stood up properly, or a targeted rebuild of automation and data model that has drifted. Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, one team, clear scope.
- Discovery and process mapping
- Object, field, and permission architecture
- Core automation and validation
- Data migration and cleanup
- Admin and end-user training
A full multi-team rollout with integrations. Built for companies moving off spreadsheets or replacing a legacy CRM.
- Everything in Focused Build
- Multi-cloud configuration
- Third-party integrations
- Reporting and dashboard suite
- Phased rollout and change management
Field Service, CPQ, or Agentforce deployments, multi-org consolidation, and migrations where the architecture matters as much as the build.
- Everything in Platform Implementation
- Field Service, CPQ, or Agentforce
- Multi-org consolidation or migration
- Custom development where needed
- Post-launch hypercare
Every project is scoped and quoted individually. Timelines reflect the size of the build, not a fixed package.
No lock-in, no surprises.
The same terms apply to every engagement, and they are all on this page.
Month to month
Engagements run monthly with 30 days written notice to cancel. No annual lock-in required and no termination fees.
Hours roll over
Up to 5 unused hours carry into the next month, so a lighter month is not a wasted one.
Transparent overage
Additional hours bill at $175/hr and appear in your monthly report. Nothing is billed without you seeing it first.
Move between tiers
Step up or down as your backlog changes. Adjustments take effect the following billing cycle.
Questions about cost and scope.
Anything else, just ask on the call.
Essentials suits a smaller org or a first engagement. Operations Team and Growth Partner cover most situations from there. If your backlog is mostly admin work, requests, and reporting, Operations Team covers it. If you are actively building automation or optimizing a cloud, Growth Partner is the better fit. We will tell you on the call which one matches what you described, including if that means the smaller one.
Switching to annual billing reduces your monthly rate by 10% for the full 12-month term on Essentials, Operations Team, and Growth Partner. It does not change your scope, SLA, or ability to move between tiers. Strategic Partner is annual by default — we will walk through specifics for your scope on the call.
No. You can start month to month and move to a 12-month agreement at any point, including partway through an active engagement once you have seen how we deliver. We would rather earn the commitment than ask for it up front.
Yes, and it is a common setup. The implementation runs on a fixed-fee SOW with its own timeline and deliverables, while the monthly engagement covers ongoing operations. They are billed separately so project scope never quietly consumes your monthly hours.
Because scope drives the number, and publishing a range would either overcharge a simple build or underprice a complex one. We scope the work, then quote a fixed fee before anything starts. You approve the number in advance.
Overage bills at $175/hr and is tracked in your monthly report. If you are consistently running over, we will flag it and suggest moving up a tier rather than letting overage become a recurring surprise.
No. Onboarding is included. Access provisioning, backlog review, and channel setup happen in the first week at no additional cost.
Salesforce license costs, third-party AppExchange subscriptions, and any tooling you purchase directly. We will advise on what you need, but those are billed to you by the vendor, not by us.
Let’s figure out which tier you actually need.
A 30-minute call. We will look at your org, your backlog, and what your team is spending time on, then tell you which engagement fits, including if that is the smallest one.
